I went to another body shop that was in my insurers network. Got the run around. Didn’t pick up the phone. Didn’t return emails. Had to have the adjuster close then reopen my claim to go with someone else (Classic). Annie was responsive, courteous and friendly. She was the reason I went with them after a poor experience elsewhere

Good. The guy who helped me explain things was very nice. The unit is efficient and clear. The receptionist can be slightly more social. She is good, just a little bit more social would be great (not mandatory). Thanks for taking care of my car.

My car looks absolutely perfect, they even washed and cleaned the inside which was the cherry on top. The team was extremely helpful, nice, and communicative. overall just an amazing experience, they even got it done earlier than projected which was just amazing.
