I think i would have appreciated much less texts throughout. Like, a best guess ETA at the beginning and then a call or two towards the end of the job would’ve been sufficient. That is not to disparage the wonderful work that was done; the car looks great! Idk. I’m all for communication, but less is more;)

The team in englewood was very nice and customer friendly. Very thorough and professional. Very communicative and responsive. Had a different experience with the team in Littleton. Job took over 3 months. Got a lot of conflicting information during the 2+ months my vehicle was at the Littleton location - I would be told one thing then told something different several times, and I also did not have my calls returned. I really felt like I had to manage that Littleton team myself. That experience eroded my trust but my experience with the englewood team might’ve saved it. I’m satisfied with the overall outcome, just not the experience with the Littleton team.

Classic Collision was very professional, patient, and attentive from my first phone call to make inquiries, bringing the vehicle in for an estimate, dropping off the vehicle, picking up the vehicle, and all the miscellaneous phone call inquiries in-between. I was especially impressed when I picked up my vehicle. They went above and beyond. My car was returned to me in better shape than I expected. They cleaned the inside and removed scrapes on the outside of my car in addition to replacing the bumper and wheel coverings. My car looks and feels great. Thank you Classic Collision for a job well done on the vehicle and great customer service during my interactions with everyone.

I am extremely satisfied with Classic Collision. From my first inquiry throughout the estimate, dropping my car off, picking up my car, and all the phone calls in-between; they were professional and courteous. My car came back to me better than I ever thought. They went above and beyond by doing the requested work and then some including cleaning the interior of my vehicle and taking out scratches on the exterior. My car is beautiful.
