Truck looks good. BUT I was told by the woman up front when I dropped it off, 3-5 days. I called day 3, they hadn't even begun working on my truck. It was nearly a month before I got my truck back. I called to check in, got left on hold for 38 minutes and never answered. My husband sitting next to me had to call so we could get a response about the truck. I was told all of the parts were in and just needed the paint and bumper put on. Next day, I'm told they lost the brackets to my bumper so they couldn't attach it until the re-ordered parts came in, adding an additional 3 days to the repair. When they came in, I was told all thay needed done was the bumper being attached and they were doing that "today"(930am call). Hour before closing I get told it won't be done today. Next day my husband calls, it's in clean up and I'll call you when it's ready for pick up. 4 hours later we had to just go in to your facility because we wanted to physically see our truck and see what wasn't finished. When we got there, it had been sitting in the back lot finished, and NO ONE called to let us know it was ready. Absolutely the WORST repair shop experience I have EVER had, and would not recommend to anyone I know.
