A deer hit my Dodge Challenger and there was pretty significant damage on the side fender. I was devastated because I love my car, and I had no idea how to go about fixing it as I had never been in a situation like that before. Classic Collision was not only upfront with communication of steps, timelines, and expectations, but they also kindly and efficiently answered all of my questions about insurance. They even spotted additional damage that I hadn't noticed and told me about it prior to any repair to make sure I was aware and gave the authority to go ahead. They were able to fix me up within the exact timeframe I was given, with only a slight delay due to reasons they couldn't control involving the part manufacturer. When I got my car back, it looked BRAND NEW. You couldn't even tell there was any previous damage whatsoever, not to mention I didn't know they cleaned/detailed the inside of the car as well after the repair, which was a very pleasant surprise! This whole experience was made so much less stressful having used Classic Collision. I am beyond thrilled with the staff, the service, and the end repair result.
