There was no “repair experience”!! You are sending me texts about my “repaired” Ford and about it being “ready to pick up”.🤦♀️ I loved that car and I TOTALED it. It was not repaired and it will never be picked up or driven by me again. Shame on you for such negligent texting!!

O.M.G!! This is about the 5th one (I’ve lost count there’s so many)! The manager called and apologized, but I don’t need an apology. I need the references to my “repaired” car to be corrected. I am not a first time customer and I know others who have used CC. Fine service. But you REALLY need to FIX (not apologize for) your automated communication program!!! (And I only chose “dissatisfied because you are aware of the problem and haven’t corrected it.)
