I understand that when it comes to getting parts it can cause a delay. but even if that happens i should have been notified the day prior to let my job know what is going on. however i wasn’t getting the updates that was claimed to be sent to me throughout the entire time the car was in the shop. but the employees are really polite and did a great job on my car.
