Had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back as soon as possible, and the quality of the work is incredible—my car looks brand new. They even detailed and washed it and topped off my coolant, which I really appreciated. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I didn’t have a ride situation figured out, and Tyler kindly offered to follow me home in my car and then drove back to the shop—something he absolutely didn’t have to do. That level of care and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for their help and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone needing repairs!

Got spray insulation stuck all over the fenders and wheel wells of our $110k van! I have no idea how to get it off. Van looks worse then when I got it. Someone must have run over it. And this took 10 days to get one fender done.

Every one was very polite, professional and executed the repair with quality. I’d like to give special acknowledgment to Tyler (Appraiser Adjuster, Damage Assesor) and Cameron (Painter). I have many friends in the paint/body industry along with a hobby of custom classic cars and Cameron’s paint work is the BEST I’ve ever seen. Specific to color match/blending with base coat and texture of the clear he sprays matches the factory texture PERFECT. I’m a very pick customer and notice the details. He did exceptional work. Tyler, is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional in handling the logistics of the entire repair process. He helped me nudge my insurance company to do the right thing and make the repair. Tyler also pushed for new/gently used OEM parts and kept me informed through the entire repair process. He also wears many hats well (dealing with customers, insurance companies), even final detailing on cars before they’re delivered. He does his job exceptionally well and our car looks FANTASTIC.
