Got spray insulation stuck all over the fenders and wheel wells of our $110k van! I have no idea how to get it off. Van looks worse then when I got it. Someone must have run over it. And this took 10 days to get one fender done.

Every one was very polite, professional and executed the repair with quality. I’d like to give special acknowledgment to Tyler (Appraiser Adjuster, Damage Assesor) and Cameron (Painter). I have many friends in the paint/body industry along with a hobby of custom classic cars and Cameron’s paint work is the BEST I’ve ever seen. Specific to color match/blending with base coat and texture of the clear he sprays matches the factory texture PERFECT. I’m a very pick customer and notice the details. He did exceptional work. Tyler, is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional in handling the logistics of the entire repair process. He helped me nudge my insurance company to do the right thing and make the repair. Tyler also pushed for new/gently used OEM parts and kept me informed through the entire repair process. He also wears many hats well (dealing with customers, insurance companies), even final detailing on cars before they’re delivered. He does his job exceptionally well and our car looks FANTASTIC. Repairs to my Camry are perfect. I can’t see any sign of the damage to my car except the new headlight. The paint on the repaired area is a perfect match with no visible difference between the new paint and rest of the car. This is the second damaged vehicle Classic Collision has repaired for me. Both were perfectly repaired.

The first day I arrived at Classic Collision to drop off my car. I could tell the environment was busy. As expected, I was assisted with the most professional group of working people. I was happy to leave my car there for repair's. When I went to receive my car. I was welcome to the same environment I expected. The person in particular was a woman behind the desk.
