Overall, the service itself was good. The estimator and the repair technician were both helpful and did a great job. Unfortunately, the front office experience was frustrating. Abby was dismissive and came across as rude during check-in, and the communication throughout the process wasn’t as clear or consistent as we would have hoped. We were told to pick up the vehicle urgently due to “backordered parts” and to return the rental to avoid charges, but the work wasn’t even complete. It felt rushed and a bit disrespectful, especially when we later saw the rental still sitting there. Better communication and a more professional front office interaction would make a big difference.
