I would just tell them to have no expectations on getting updates. And to make sure not to deal with that man. Other than that everything was fine.

Just not happy with the way I never got updates on my repair for a week, and I had to call after 1 week yo ask what was going on just to be spoken to very mean and then be told that my car was actually done. The man that dealt with me was just not a very efficient or nice person.

The woman that helped me at the end that I paid for the service was extremely nice. The man who was in charge of my service was very mean and non communicative. If it was not for the woman at the end of the service at the desk, I would be writing an official complaint about my treatment from start to finish. Just for context, even before I walked in the door the man was mean and dismissive. Not nice at all.

They lost a piece. plastic lid cover on the back truck which covers the gear to bring the spare tire down. It was never recovered.
