Carlos was very respectful and helpful throughout the process. He explained the damage thoroughly and provided pictures upon request. When there was an issue with a paint drip from the clear coat, it was taken care of promptly.

When we first arrived to pick up the car (a day earlier than orriginally promised) there was a noticeable difference in the paint color from the origional paint to the replaced bumper on the passenger side. There was also a clear coat drip on the driver side bumper. Classic took care of the drip, though it was still noticeable where it had been buffed out. The difference in color on the passenger side was still noticeable. I was too tired and sick to bring any of this up on the day we picked up the car (3 sick kids who were throwing up and I was coming down with it too). Carlos was very professional and respectful during each interaction and kept me updated along the way.
