It initially took 3 weeks from the day they picked up my car to pick it up. It wasn't completely ready, it still needs a bumper bracket to be installed. My two headlights were in worse condition than the ones my car had, so I complained and they agreed to replace them. I picked up my car on the 18th of March and was told to go back the next Tuesday for both of those issues to be fixed. I went by the following week on a Thursday giving them an extra two days and they still don't have my replacement headlights making my waiting time going on what? 5 weeks?! This is unbelievable. I don't think I will be using this place again.

Overall, I’m very happy with the work on my car. Took long due to delay in parts availability but the staff was always very reliable and forthcoming in their communication with me. My car still has a couple minor details that need to be fixed but the shop has promised to get it done. Will wait to have these issues fixed before giving a higher score.

This repair shop does excellent work. The staff is very friendly and provides great communication. This shop has done 4 repairs for my family all different vehicles. They take the time to answer questions without trying to rush you off the phone or out of their office like some of the other repair shops in the high desert. This is the ONLY shop I would recommend to anyone in the high desert!
