From the moment I walked in for an estimate Pamela was very helpful with any questions I had and understanding of our situation. She introduced me to Kurt (I hope I spelled it right) and the amazing customer service continued. He was also helpful, informative and understanding. Everything was explained and broken down for us. If any changes occurred we were informed immediately.

Everyone was so pleasant and kind regarding my minor little scratch on my new car. They seem very understanding that I don’t want any nicks no matter how small. They fixed it in such a timely manner! I’m very impressed. I can’t even tell where they did any work. Five stars.

Even though our car ended up being a total loss. The staff was very friendly and helpful though out the entire process.
