I was completely satisfied with the work that they done and the work that wasn’t done wasn’t their fault it was due to the insurance company they didn’t give us the OK other than that everything they did it was 100% my bumper my tow hitch and they always kept me updated Claudio and Pamela were very helpful and they did try and get a hold the insurance but then she has never called back but they did their best got my truckNice and clean thank you for that got picked up by one of their employees to go pick up my truck I appreciate that I would recommend them to another person to have the repairs done there thank you again Claudia and Pamela for all your help

I understand my bumper was slightly off aligned before my truck was hit and when I brought my truck into the shop to be repaired from an accident the end result seemed worse then it was before it was in a accident. Also some of the front clips below the headlights was not clipped in fully so I had go back through and make sure they clipped in and not broken. Bumper doesn’t seem to be completely tighten, But the parts and the paint job are nicely done.
