I had been to this place many years ago when I had to get my car fixed and decided to go back again for my recent accident I had. Even though they're under a new name, its still great service. When I first called to schedule to bring in my car, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jason. He was so nice and polite and informed me on what I needed to do. Then, I was handed over to Ms. Pamela...what a sweetheart. She was so informative, polite, and just an all around nice, kind person. After she got all my information and paperwork together, my claim was sent over to a really nice man named Kurt. He oversees what goes on with my car and informs me on any updates. He did a very good job in doing so. He would call me anytime he had updates and/or concerns about my car. He was super nice, polite, professional, informative, and funny too. They did an amazing job on my car! It was like the accident never happened. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

My experience was exceptionally positive from first telephone conversation with Pamela to last departure checkout with Claudia. Both were friendly, helpful and efficient every step of the way - they were both extremely patient too - explaining procedures and answering all my questions! They are both a valuable asset to the business and I would recommend Classic Collision to everyone in need of excellent body work. By the way, the detailer did an exceptionally nice job too!
