I really appreciated the text updates on the status of the repairs. I’ve never had another auto body shop keep me informed during the repair process. When I picked my vehicle up, it was clean and the repairs looked great. The general manager came out to greet me directly and take me out to my car. Overall, I would describe the experience as quick, hassle-free, and comfortable.

Although I received text messages for updates, those updates sometimes stated that I would receive a phone call at key times. However, I would never receive the call and would have to call them to ask questions for clarification. Date of drop off: 6/30 Update on 7/1: Body work completed, painting will be next Update on 7/2: Completion pending for 7/7 Update on 7/4: Confirmation for 7/7 Update on 7/7 9:22 am— Nearing completion, will call if there is a delay (no call) Update on 7/7 5:17 pm— Completion date changed to 7/11 (no explanation) Update on 7/8 6:00 pm Vehicle ready, will call to arrange pick up (no call) 7/9 Vehicle picked up Although all employees were kind and polite, there was a disconnect in the communication making my planning more difficult.
