I was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and with the advice that was given. I was very impressed by their turnaround on my claim. I was told ten days and it was only 4.5 days. Which made me happy plus they washed my truck and cleaned the inside as well! I’m super impressed and happy with my experience with them

Took a lot longer than expected, and I had to bring the car back a 2nd time for an additional correction. Also the car was cleaned/detailed everywhere, except the hatchback. But otherwise, the final look of the car is nice and looks like I wasn't in an accident in the first place.

The receptionist was very unhelpful and was unable to assist in any questions, if the notes were not included in the computer. She did not attempt to contact any other staff members in order to assist. To add, I was unable to reach the main desk after trying for multiple weeks. I ultimately walked in, and asked for information in-person.

I wonder if the shop were not part of Corp structure if it would run more efficiently. Sam has a good handle on mgmt.
