I was very disappointed that my windshield was broken during the repair. I was told via email that my windshield would be replaced at no charge but instead your company billed my insurance company resulting in me not being reimbursed for the windshield I paid for.

I would give an 11 if I could! I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Give that front office a raise because they won over another new and future customer! I am so pleased with the service I received! From the initial contact to the last! CC took great care of my vehicle while they had it. Thank you for the cleaning too! Totally unexpected! When I went to pick up my car it was dead. From what I could tell you left my lights on. There's also scratches in my back door that I swear weren't there before. I'm happy with the bumper and I understand your responsibility was to the driver side but I'm displeased at the difference in the headlights now. If I had known I probably would have paid extra out of pocket to get them both replaced. Finally I'm assuming you just buffed out the scratches in the driver door and repainted because I can still see the dent? All that aside the people I spoke too were very kind and good as helping me solve issues. Thanks.
