The quality of work was excellent. However, it took nearly two weeks to get it finished. It was not a complicated repair.

They do very good work. It seems they just have too much of it. Hire staff, pay them more.

Repair to the truck was excellent, very professional. My only comment would be that both the office and the repair shop seem to be significantly understaffed making the wait time on communication back to costumers and repairs longer than expected.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emails and phone calls go unreturned. You have to go into the office for them to communicate. Work that should have been completed in March, has finally been completed in late August. In February they forgot to order the parts. And then they didn’t call me when the parts arrived.

Repairs were well done, the condition of my car at pickup was amazing, but the communication in the beginning was so frustrating because I didn't know why parts were taking a long time, or if they'd arrived and no one had called. I had to contact the office on 2 occasions to get updates and the second time I was told they were in and I could get scheduled.

There were some communication issues in the beginning, having trouble getting a hold of someone for updates on my parts shipments when it was taking close to 3 months to arrive. But the issues resolved and after scheduling for repairs, communication was well done.
