I called, and called, and called. I was quoted a three day job that took over a week. As a result, when I was initially asked if I would need a rental car, I said no because I could get by for a few days without it, but not two almost two business weeks. I left messages multiple times, as did my wife, just to get an update. When I finally got ahold of someone, they discovered my car was actually ready right then, an hour before they closed for the weekend. Go figure.

Thank you for putting an end to my struggles with a door handle that I accidentally pulled loose in freezing winter temperatures. The replacement handle feels secure and sturdy - like new!

Took weeks for the repair but good thing I didn’t have to pay for car rental as it was insured by insurance. If I had, I would’ve paid almost a grand which would’ve been upsetting if I had to pay this.
