It was rather bumpy getting scheduled. But once Samantha took over, everything was smooth sailing with getting my car scheduled, into the shop and my car returned. Samantha's communication was excellent giving a heads up the day before to let me know my car would be ready the next day. And she made special arrangements for me to get my car.
