Repair seems fine - nicely done. However, scheduling was a mess. I first called in early August and the car didn't go into the shop until January. Then I was told it would be done in a week, but it took over two weeks, while I borrowed various cars from friends. I suspect they have taken on more work than they can reasonably do.

It took several months to get my car repaired. The incident happened Midsummer, and we did not get the car back until January. During part of that time, I was completely ghosted by the shop, and had to go in person to try to get answers, or go with another dealer. Ashley at the front desk, saved the situation and kept things moving forward, but it was an absolute mess. My insurance agent had to try to call many times, and got no responses from them either. I would never choose to go with Classic Collision again. I gave it a three instead of a one because of Ashley at the front desk who helped resolve things at the very end.
