I used to rave about this shop - through Bear Body Works to Fix It Auto to now. I definitely sent clients to you. Now, I am hesitant.

Looks good now but I hope it continues to be a good fix. Years ago when this was Bear Body Works, the repair on my drivers side door looked good until the paint started peeling and it began rusting…I just hope that doesn’t happen to the new repair.

I was disappointed that they said since I was renting a car that they’d try to get it done early but said that “at the latest” I would have it by a certain date. I called the shop numerous times near the end of the first week to see if I might be able to turn the rental car in, but I could never get ahold of anybody. Then, when they did finally call me back, they said the painter fractured his hand and it would be another day later than the latest day they estimated. It cost me more in rental fees.

I was very disappointed with them for how they treated me, but with the new administration, I might have had another problem with the van when we got home. The next day, we cleaned the inside and outside of the truck to get all the mold on the outside. The knowledge we found out that there was a crack in one of the glass windows, and we took the van back. They think the company insurance might not cover it because it happened close to the back of the truck, but they were working in the front of the van.

My vehicle was at the body shop for almost nine months before it was fixed. The communication for the first six months was minimal; they never called to let me know the status of my vehicle; I would call and leave messages, and no response, I went to the shop in person and found out what was going on, I was not very please with how they treated me as a customer with no vehicle for almost the whole time. I went in person to the auto parts who ordered the parts for my truck and found out that the details had been there and the auto shop had not checked with them. The change was made in the last three months, and they were super helpful with everything; communicating was way better.

I was so upset when I scraped a pole, damaging my front end and headlight. At the estimate appointment, I briefly commented how silly the Lincoln would look with one brand new headlight and an old scuffed one. Sam must have been taking notes because Classic Collision buffed my other headlight at no charge! My vehicle looks far better than it did before I dropped it off, and the repair was completed incredibly quickly - days before the estimated time! I am very impressed with the shop and staff!
