The communication was poor and inconsistent, and I called many times before the original manager told me he no longer worked for Classic Collision I was told when I first took the car in that it could be several months before all the parts arrived, but the parts were not all ordered at once and there were several delays I was only made aware of delays about a month ago, two months after the original shipment of parts arrived

It took 8+ weeks to get parts for repair with little to no communication from Classic Collision. I almost took my business elsewhere. I understand time to get parts is out of their hands but they could have done a much better job communicating.

I personally haven't seen my car since the repair. My son who lives in Juneau picked it up for me. He says you folks did a beautiful job and it looks great. He is very happy with your work. He was also impressed with the interior detailing you did. I have used another body shop in Juneau and the work was totally inferior. Thank you for the quick turnaround on getting it done and for doing such a great job.
