When I dropped off the rental car and picked up my car, the office person forgot she called me to say my vehicle is ready for pick up, and the rental car company called me to ask about the rental car return because they had not received the rental yet. A little bit of communication break down but it was sorted out in the end.

Classic Collision did an amazing job putting back together my Toyota 4 Runner. Great color match, seems are tight and everything that was damaged due to an accident were replaced to perfection.

Extremely understanding when I had extenuating circumstances and was not the most communicative regarding dropping off my vehicle for service. Excellent communication and updates while the work was being done. I am also extremely appreciative of the extra work and care taken to buff out my headlight that was unaffected by my accident so that it was like new and matched the new headlight. Overall great service. A little hard to get on the phone at times (prior to dropping off vehicle), but still an excellent shop that I would use again.
