Repairs done were good. There were spots that had minor damage before the snow event, but we're damaged significantly more. I'm disappointed that the shop couldn't explain this to the insurance company and have work covered.

The periodic emails while the car was in the shop were an effective communication tool that worked really well for me, and every conversation I had with the staff on the phone was friendly and professional.
