The periodic emails while the car was in the shop were an effective communication tool that worked really well for me, and every conversation I had with the staff on the phone was friendly and professional. Excellent service. Parts were ordered in a timely matter, my car was stored indoors when they saw that the weatherproof seal was broken in the car accident. My car looks nicer than when I got it! 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

I like the work was done quickly and the car was cleaned as well. I think the only comment I have to make is I wish it were more affordable to add in other repairs. For example I have other scratches I was hoping to also get repaired outside of insurance however the cost was not estimated out for me to consider as I requested. So I was unable to see if I could afford it but I was told verbally it would be over 500.00 for sure. It would have been nice to have seen the estimate so I could make the decision myself. Other than that great customer service and I appreciate their hard work and cleanliness.
