It seems to me that both Safeco and classic collision are at fault. This makes it impossible for me to recommend the company

My car is being held hostage in the repair shop because of dispute with my insurance company Safeco. I feel like a bone being fought over by two entities. I still haven't in my car. I don't know when I will get it. It is been repaired for days. Help

Samantha and the team were awesome to work with. They quickly turned our bummer situation with our brand new truck around for us. Samantha’s communication and customer service was top notch. Her attention to detail and concern for safety is unmatched. The body work and paint turned out flawless and a perfect match. The carwash was great and the truck looked like a million bucks pulling off the lot. We appreciate the classic collision team so much!
