Very nice to do business with. They kept me informed several times about what they were doing with the vehicle. I didn't have a way to get the car to them so they came to pick up the car and brought it back. Highly recommend

The work was fine, but when I went to pick my car up, you would not take my money. I had cash and they said they would not take cash if you read the dollar bill that is really against the law to not take cash. I do not own a debit card. I do have a credit card but I do not want to put that on my card so I had to go deposit cash in the bank and then write a check. You said you would take a check well, that's even worse cause it might bounce, I will not recommend y'all and I will not be back to use y'all because you would not take cash. I will go out of town next time I have used Burls in the past the people you bought out 10 times. I understand. They still have a place in Lindale and I will drive to Lindale from Henderson next time.

Many repairs were added to the final bill that were erroneous. After I proofed the bill, the total amount went from $11,800 to $5,353. I chose to purchase a replacement OEM bumper and duplicate color tailgate. After the unnecessary repairs were deleted, I had to have the labor hours also removed. Then I was told that I would have to sign a release because the truck was unsafe. I was told that the cameras had to be calibrated. I only have a tailgate camera so the manager cancelled the requirement. Even if I had cameras all the way around, it does not make the vehicle unsafe. The additional cameras are an added accessory. Just another way to get more money from me. If I need another body shop, it will be out of town. I dislike dishonest business practices.
