I continue to find issues with the repairs. The rear light that was replaced had a leak causing moisture in it and the trunk is way out of alignment. This is the second time using this company the first time was excellent but the second time it was taken to one of the other shops and the repairs are unacceptable. The quality of the repairs is very low.

I was given a completion date and i understand things change and parts can get delayed but for that date to be pushed 2 weeks to the future in increments of a few days at a time was wildly frustrating. Everytime i was told “we will email you this tomorrow” or “we will call you with that information tomorrow” I never got a call, never got an email, i had to call them several times to get answers. Once my car was done I noticed issues with it on my drive home after being told everyone was too busy to test drive it with me prior to leaving. I had to return it to the shop and wait an additional 5 days on repairs that were not covered by insurance despite my reasoning with the shop manager that it should have been caught & explained to me during the test drives they claimed they did. Overall, very nice people, not too experienced and okay price.

The forward-facing camera in the grill is foggy. The picture is fuzzy or slightly out of focus. Will come by next week to have you take a look at it. Overall, the experience and the work done was good.

Everyone at the establishment was friendly, they listened, worked fast, were jovial, helpful, and they did their job with joy. They were also communicative throughout the process and they finished 5 days earlier than they estimated. I would be happy to return but that fact would necessitate another accident, and I could live without another one just fine.
