My overall experience was ok. There was a lot of miscommunication or no communication. Receiving my car was also a delay but the work done on my car was good. It took longer than expected.

As previous stated everyone was nice but there was a lot of miscommunication. Even when I picked up my car. I had made them aware when I first dropped off my car to not touch the windows because one was not working. As my car was brought to me. The driver put the broken window down and I had to wait any extra like 15 mins for it to get fixed.

Both locations were wonderful to deal with. Jerred at the Kilmarnock location went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions/issues with the insurance company. He kept us informed on the entire process and was just super helpful! The body work and detailing on the car looks great!

Classic Collision/Elite has done excellent work on both occasions that I needed repairs. They make you feel important. Because of an upcoming trip we are taking, I was asked if they could take it from Hayes to Kilmarnock where it would be made a priority to make sure it could be completed on time. I also had a small issue after picking up my Jeep recently. Due to my work schedule and an upcoming trip, Jarrod went out of his way to meet me after hours. He was able to find and fix the problem in just a few minutes. I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to anyone who needs auto body work! This entire team is a class act!
