While picking up the car, the inspection went great until we discovered a compound crack in the windshield! We look at our pics and we both could see it in the accident pictures! Insurance company is working it out and arrangements will be made to replace the windshield.

Car looks great! We noticed a crack in the windshield as we took a walk-around after repairs. That is when we noticed the crack in the windshield that we could see in the pictures from the scene. As the adjuster explained to me the proper procedure to add this to the original claim, Jarred said to me he knew what course of action needed to take place and he would take care of the paperwork and schedule a windshield replacement after he filed the paperwork and received approval.
