Your customer service reps (Theresa and Cindy) are really good, in person and on the phone and also very friendly! However, the first text I received, just after I dropped my vehicle off, stated that I would receive text updates on the progress of my repair and that didn't happen. I was also told the repair would likely take four days but it actually took 2 weeks and I had to call twice to check on progress. The repair work is really good and overall I'm very pleased. I will definitely recommend!
