Great overall outcome, but communication was lacking, and re-work to correct errors in reassembly resulted in me having to come back to get corrected. They were however very apologetic, and promptly fixed the issue. Car looks great!

We trusted you in the first place so didn’t even bother to check before leaving. But after we got home, we found our lock of glove compartment broke badly and some things in the car were missing. My wife got super upset with it. We will come back on Friday again due to our working schedule.

The work was great. There were a few small details that needed to be completed after I picked it up, but they had me come in right away and fixed every issue without question. Car looks great and drives better than before the accident. Would definitely recommend them.

The damage was repaired nicely but body parts that didn’t even seem to be related to the damage were left in my car when I picked it up. Discovered clear coat overspray on the edge of my windshield after picking up which left a foggy appearance. I also found some screws in the cupholders. Generally pretty good experience though.

Bryson was incredible, I want to call him out as specifically going above and beyond the call of duty as a representative of CC. I reached out initially jaded, after having multiple quotes from other vendors that seemed 20-25% higher than market rate (due to tariffs) and that was what led me to cc. This car was a gift to me after my mom had passed, so it was heavily emotionally charged, and the lift to fix it felt insurmountable. Working with Bryson led to an immediately positive interaction: he was highly informative and personable, he was helpful all along the route in describing what was happening, educating around what's possible and what isn't, collaborating with me as a peer on what I thought was the vision for my repair, and masterfully pulling the strings/managing the process in the background. He seemed to spend a lot of his time combing through parts inventories to find opportunities to save me money. That much care and effort itself is highly commendable. I think y'all should give that guy employee of the quarter and a bonus, tbh. He was so punctual, knowledgable, supportive, comprehensive. He ran a great cycle with me as his customer, and through his work specifically I'd now recommend your shop to friends and family to do their business. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat as an employee, and would grab a beer with him in a heartbeat. a 100/10 rating for Bryson, a 10/10 rating for Classic Collision, and I look forward to coming back with the car serviced fully to show the final transformation.
