Such a well run facility! Truly, I'm impressed. Professional and courteous folks, with prompt turn around. Devon and Alisa were both class acts! I had a terrible experience at Classic Collision after bringing my BMW in for rear-end collision repairs. The crew was dishonest about the costs, and when discrepancies were pointed out, they refused to honor what they previously said about issuing refunds. Every conversation felt like the story kept changing. The manager, Brian, was extremely unreliable. He made multiple promises and guarantees during the repair process that were never followed through. Communication was poor, and accountability was nonexistent. Three days after picking up my vehicle, the engine light came on. When I brought the car back, they refused to even run a basic diagnostic test to check whether it was related to the repair. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed the concern entirely. To make matters worse, the receptionist informed Brian that we were at the shop waiting to speak with him, yet he avoided coming out to talk to us. Hiding from customers rather than resolving issues is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Classic Collision to anyone looking for honest pricing, reliable repairs, or professional customer service.

They haven’t finished all the repair so will have to go back to get it done. The auto open of the trunk is not working since I got the car back, so will have to discuss with them
