Bill and his team kept me updated during the entire repair. My car came out looking better than ever! He was able to even replace my windshield! My car came out looking better than ever. Almost like new. Every member of the staff was friendly and always kept me in the loop. I will never go anywhere else again for repairs.

I was more than happy, I got my car back not only fixed real well but also cleaner than when I left it! Surprising to me because you don't get service like that anymore. They were repairing the back door so when I found the front of the car was vacuumed it was a really nice feeling. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car! You rock!

The team in the office as well the technician that worked on my vehicle were all excellent to work with. Everyone was professional snd very helpful. This is my second experience with the team and the vehicle looks impeccable. I understood everything that was done and appreciated Jake dealing with the insurance company, that saved me an enormous amount of time and sanity. Only improvement would be the text alerts were not in synch with the actual procedure, but the process is fairly new. Overall I am very satisfied and would obviously recommend Classic for auto body needs.

I am very satisfied with the finished repair work on my vehicle. This is my second experience with Ramsey/Car Collision, and they met my expectations for the work produced. The office personnel were extremely helpful and dealt with the various challenges such as supply chain, insurance incompetence, and other technical issues.
