Don't stand behind their work. Have to get insurance involved for it to be done right. Next will be the third time either taking it back or to another shop, waiting to hear from the insurance.

Took it in to be done right twice and all I got was someone trying to talk me into that at any other shop it would be acceptable work. It's not done right, has a paint drip running down, and we were told the only way to fix it would be to sand it all down again, and what they did was try and buff it out. They don't stand by their work, and the manager told us they were not going to fix it, and they didn't.

Manager said any other shop this would be acceptable work and we aren't going to fix it. Called insurance and they said they would fix it, and all they did was try and buff it out. Still have a paint drip and unacceptable work.

Car was not fixed to the original state at first attempt. Lots of car settings were turned off and someone added their cellphone to my dashboard. Is there someone named Robby?

The initial repair was unsatisfactory. Upon my request for a re-do, the shop successfully completed the work on the second attempt.

Staff is polite.
