When calling customers, I recommend slowing down and making sure they know why you are calling. So many scam calls came after making our insurance claim and the caller was so unclear at first my daughter (car driver) almost hung up both time thinking it was a scam.

Unlikely because of the damage to the vehicle that was cause my employees of classic collision

I was told that the repairs would be around $2000, when picking the vehicle up the repairs were actually $5300, I can see large streaks from sanding or something under the clearcoat where the repairs were done, it wasn’t blended right or something. I’m not sure it doesn’t look good though. And upon walking around the vehicle when picking it up from Classic Collision there was more damage to my front hood and bumper that was not on the vehicle when it was dropped off.
