Called me at 2:54 pm on a Friday that my car was ready, without any prior notice that it would be ready. I had made plans previous to meet friends at 4:30 pm. Classic Collision is 30 minutes each way in the opposite direction. I was also advised that my car battery was dead. I rushed to Enterprise and turned in my rental. I was trying to rush to leave Collision Center to go get a new battery so I would have a vehicle for the weekend. I noticed overstay on my windows and my door seals. Collision Center told me to get some nail polish remover to clean it up. So I'm rushing to get to Marianna Toyota to get a battery before they closed. Immediately upon leaving the Collision Center my car was making noises like a flat tire. I pulled over and checked to see if Collision Center may have forgot to put the lugs nuts back on. They felt tight so continued cautiously on to Marianna Toyota. Marianna Toyota was about to close but I asked them to check my lug nuts because Ive never heard my Rav4 make noise. Toyota said my mud flaps around the tire well and rear bumper were missing clips. I Immediately called Collision Center and informed them but they were closed until Monday. Marianna Toyota felt sorry for me and put some clips to hold the pieces (flaps) on. Im going to have make another trip to Collision Center Monday. Between the rushing at closing time and shotty work my Friday was ruined.

When I left in a hurry to go get a battery I thought the lug nuts were loose. I pulled over but they seemed OK. I didn't have time because it was so late on a Friday to return to CC When I got to Marianna Toyota I asked them to check it, while getting my new battery installed. The mechanic said I was missing clips and my bumper was loose. He tightened it back up and showed me that one part could not be fixed because it was broken. I contacted CC that Friday and informed them. Monday morning I called them again and texted them photos.

The red headed gentleman lied stating my car had a lift kit on it and it don't right ALONG with him and the another older heavy set gentleman said they looked online for the rims to match mines they could not find any was sold out every where and tore my driver door handle all the way up because it was just crack a little bit but not how it was when it got drop back off to my place!!!They put that on the paperwork about the lift kit and rims so do to the fact they put that on there my insurance company said they could not fix it.

Everything went very good my only problem is how the headlight is a lot different from my previous one so now my headlights don’t match. But other than that the people were great and it didn’t take them super long to get it done!!
