While the people we dealt with in your Metarie, LA shop were friendly, they were TERRIBLE about communicating with us, despite our repeated requests that they do so and despite their promises that they would. The car was in for a relatively minor repair - it appeared one panel had to be replaced. I have pictures. Somehow that turned into an over $6,000 job and, worst of all, the shop had our car for at least 5 weeks. It was perfectly drivable after the collision, but we lost use of our care for a very extended period while it just sat at the shop. No one would call us with updates. We had to call. At one point their phones were down over two days and I had to drive there in person to find out what in the world was taking so long. The shop had been highly recommended to us by a friend. It did not remotely provide good service. We will not use your services in the future and will not recommend it to others.
