received first payment in cash yet now claiming they haven't,car was let a mess with paint splatter on inside interior, sisters obituary is gone, the two front vent sliders are gone,also the back hatch isn't even amongst other things

The appraiser was awesome called kept in contact with me my vehicle was nice and clean but I picked it up met the GM he was super nice and helpful they offered to follow up service that I need that wasn't related to the repair that was done this time

Only negative comment I have is the parts situation. But it isn't the shops fault if higher ups wont let them buy locally. I forgot the gentlemans name but he went above and beyond to get my truck completed despite their situation. My truck actually came out better than before the wreck.
