If I could give a -0 I would. From day 1 it was bad. I took my car in for an estimate the guy said he would call when parts came in. After several weeks of waiting I had to call my insurance adjuster to call them and find out information because they wouldn’t return my phone call. They finally called and gave me a day to drop off my car. The day I dropped off my car they told me they wouldn’t return keep me posted on the repairs or as they stated “We will call with a status update”. I never got a phone call. I had to call me weekly to find out what was going on. Every time I called they were waiting on parts. I thought I waited weeks for parts to come in. I understand that things happen when they actually have the vehicle that they see something else that needs to be fixed but a phone call status update would have been great. I called the adjuster to ask a question about my claim after they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. He called them and called me back to tell me they wouldn’t return keep be calling that day because the vehicle was done. Nope no phone call. I had to call them again on Friday. Of course there was another excuse that they were waiting on paperwork to be completed. I had had enough. I got someone to take me up there after 3 hours of waiting on a call and told them I would wait for the paperwork to get done. They guy said he wasn’t finished with the paperwork but I could go ahead and pay and get my car. I told him I needed a copy of what was done. I would wait. In 5 minutes he was done. Wow just wow. I’ve never seen a business run that way.

The paint in most places are good. However they did not paint other spots that needed painting. The hood has a big place that has paint that looks like can spray paint was used and doesn't match at all. You definitely notice it. Also the inside has much spray specks my steering wheel was very sticky I assume from clear coat. My windshield has clear coat specks all over it. And they got white paint all over the underside of my black outside mirrors. It appears as a slapped together job. They were paid nearly 6 thousand to paint this car and it looks like I had a shade tree painter paint it
