Went to pick up my vehicle after 10 business days in your possession. Car was not even prepared. Tape, old rags left in vehicle. Extremely dirty, decals not on vehicle, told they still had to be ordered. Check engine light was on, not on when dropped off. Had tinted windows on rear and passenger windows. When vehicle was picked up, wrong windows were reinstalled? Brought all of this up to management Jon. He assured me all would be taken care of. Fast forward a week later, the wrong tint was put back on and now I am seeking legal advice. Pathetic!
