Took way too long get a simple bumper replacement. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle, taillight was not functioning. I had to take it to bmw dealer and pay them in order to fix the issue. Should have been taken care of prior to my pickup. Staff was courteous, however experience was not good.

Because I'm a painter myself the tape and when that great the paint job itself I give it a 9 and 1/2 and my car was very dusty and nasty in the inside and some of the paint peeled off when he was on taping it
