Jennifer and Amazonia were amazing. Great work done. Not a fan of the frequent follow up calls from mike asking me to fill out the survey when I explained I had a lot going on in my personal life and that I’d get to it at my personal convenience. Otherwise no complaints.

When I pick my car up they didn't show me what they all done to my car they were pretty much wanting that $500 and gave me my key and I was on my own didn't even tell me were it was parked at didn't walk me out to the car they were unprofessional I still don't know what all they done to it I wouldn't recommend no one

the repair itself was as good as it was under Smitty’s Collision.

Classic Collision’s new way of doing business has ruined the efficiency of Smitty’s. A simple Kia repair took 3 weeks and didnt even get started for 2 weeks. We would have never dropped the car off if we had known it would take 2 whole weeks to begin. there seemed to be a large disconnect between front office and back repair.
