The fact that the vehicle truly wasn’t ready to be picked up after it sat for a few days being untouched is unacceptable. I now have to have more time invested in this process to get the work done properly

There is a spot that was not correctly repaired but was painted over. The trunk lid does not fit squarely into place. The seem of the bumper does not line up. It’s frustrating because it seems that no one checked the finished product prior to telling me the vehicle was ready to be picked up.

Jennifer who I believe is the parts manager is amazing. Is explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. My estimator Mike is someone I would like to never deal with again. Spoke with him on a Wednesday to ask if everything was good and he stated yes. Got a call from him the next day asking me to contact State Farm to try to get them to approve certain parts and when I brought up the fact about speaking to him the prior day he stated that I must have spoken to someone else and that I never spoke to him. Which made me feel as though I made up the conversation. Once I took the vehicle back the day after pickup to explain what was wrong with the vehicle he stated that he would contact State Farm to try and get a new bumper that is more seemless. I don’t care about the seem on the bumper but do care about possible water leaks in the trunk and possibly rust or chipping from the spot that wasn’t repaired correctly. He seems rushed in his process instead of actually listening to what I want done

My car was totaled and beyond repair and you didn’t fix it but your staff was very nice and helpful.. they found me a box to clean out my car before it was taken to the junk yard to die.
