Called about turn signals flashing doubletime. Replied that a bulb was probaby out. I knew they had to move the bed back so I figured it was something more. Had no brake lights either so I got under the bed and found the main plug to both light assemblies unplugged. Other than that, the service was great.

Fix looks great 👍. My locking mechanism on drivers door isn't right. Sticking not sure why but wasn't that way when dropped off.im sure we can figure out together

The work appears to have been done well. My only criticisms are I had to call multiple times to get updates on the repair status. On several occasions the adjuster was not available and I was told they would call me back. Not once did I receive a call back which was frustrating. Also my vehicle was supposed to be cleaned. After I got home I noticed that there was compound dust covering the dash seats and console. Also some stains on the A pillars. It also took almost 2 months to complete the work.

Gieko associate insist not to repair rear view mirror on left on drivers side, although, you staff was friendly, helpful and kept me informed on the progress regularly. Fabulous work on repair. Grateful and would certainly refer my friends and family to you should they need collision work

Excellent body work on my vehicle. However, the amount of time it took from the time I dropped it off l, and when I received it completed I was long considering there was very little damage to repair. There was also very little communication from the repair team.

The door was not lined up correctly. The bottom of the door flares out. The weather stripping was reused and was coming off and bubbled up. My passenger door handle and window frame were scratched. My passenger seat is scratched. The inside of the car was dusty and dirty from the repairs.
