I have 2016 Honda Accord , when my car arrived the camera was still working and connected by wire to my car. Your technician replaced my car with a side view passenger mirror that has NO camera. When I called back the young lady told she verified the part with the dealer however .. how do you explain the technician connecting it and what did they do with my camera ? I am VERY disappointed and my car isn’t how I wanted to receive it.

The quote for the tires was so "outdated" that it appears your company is giving a low quote on order to secure business. I expected to pay the quoted betterment price, but price was way higher when I arrived. Only explanation was that the price on tires must have been and outdated price list because when they ordered the tires were about $70 higher...I hope I never need the services again, but if I do or someone asked my opinion.. It would be a definite no. The only reason I chose *5 is because the staff was decent... Another note on quality of service... One tire was under inflated and I had to return to the shop.
