the gentleman that initiated my order to do my car did not communicate at all to me told me my car will be ready on a certain date went to go get my car he didn't do half the things he said he was going to do it took the GM stepping in for me to get my car the very next day the guy said that they were missing apart to find out there was no part missing it took the GM to get them to assemble my car again when my car was supposed to be ready on the 2nd it could have been ready on the 2nd but because I guess my business wasn't appreciated it wasn't done it took the GM stepping in the date at my car was supposed to be ready in order to get my car done it was the worst experience I've ever had and I really got treated like a second class citizen until the GM stepped in Eddie did an amazing job getting everything done and making sure it was everything was corrected but it's still left a bad taste in my mouth

the gentleman was very indifferent didn't speak to me at all didn't handle my car with the service excellence that they portrayed that they had did not care about my business at all did not care about my car at all he was horrible he treated me like a second class at the same and my money was not worth it

Classic collision estimated my car repair would be done n 2 weeks!!! They are professionals n what they do n there also fast!! Bc i picked up my car today n it was fixed n 1 week!!! They did a great n wonderful job on my car !!! N YES I would recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent paint n body shop!!! So on a scale of 1-10 i give them a 100 thank you!!

My lift gate or trunk is still protruding! It’s not flush as it should be. Also when I came to pick up my vehicle it took 45 minutes!

Vehicle wheel alignment wasn’t not fixed, massive gaps on head lamps to front bumper facia, no attempt to remove Classic Collision stickers visible from outside of vehicle, hood insulation was charged but wasn’t added, mysterious wiring harness appeared, paint runs and drips. Very disappointed and upset

There were massive gaps between the hood and fenders, between the headlamps and bumper cover, paint runs and drips in bumper cover, didn’t install my factory skid plate or hood insulation. Left classic collision stickers visible to outside of truck. Very shoddy work.

1. The door that was replaced does not lock and the window does not go down.2. The battery will not hold a charge. Mr. Bailey had to charge it, so l could drive it when l came today to pick it up.3.My headlight light is on inside the car indicating something is not properly connected. 4.Something was done to my hood when the work was done on the damaged side of the car. 5. I now have to hold the hood open. 6. There is a rubber piece under the hood on the damaged side that does not stay in place any longer. You all had my car for a month, and it is disappointing all the issues l now have.
