I want to give special recognition to Chris. He kept in contact with me every step of the way and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. From personally taking me to Enterprise Car Rental to making sure my car was cleaned inside and out, Chris truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I got my Tesla back, it looked absolutely amazing — as if it had just been delivered brand new from the factory. I also want to highlight the great customer service from Mrs. Beverly, who was always friendly, kind, and welcoming. Her warm attitude made every interaction pleasant and reassured me that I was in good hands. Overall, both Chris and Mrs. Beverly delivered exceptional service, and their professionalism and dedication are the reason I was so satisfied with my Classic Collision experience.
